Forward Football is a football improvement company helping clubs and academies improve performance through sport technology, data, AI and consultancy.
Our cloud platform, Technoleon, brings together tracking and match data to create clear, actionable insights into how teams, players and coaches contribute to and develop within the Club’s playing style and benchmarks.
Founded in 2016 and based in Amsterdam-Duivendrecht with offices in San Diego (USA) and Jakarta (Indonesia), we work with associations, leagues, clubs, academies, coaches and specialists to strengthen player development, match preparation and coaching quality.

What we do
We combine football expertise with sports technology, data analysis and artificial intelligence to help clubs and academies make better-informed decisions. Our solutions support player development, talent identification, match preparation and long-term performance improvement.
Through the Technoleon platform, clubs can bring different sources of performance data together in one environment. This can include player and ball tracking, match data, video analysis, skills testing and questionnaires. By connecting these data sources, coaches and technical staff can follow development over time and turn information into practical insights for training and competition.

Our goal is to make complex performance information understandable and useful in the daily football environment.
Rather than looking only at isolated statistics, our approach focuses on the bigger picture: how players, teams and coaches develop within a club’s playing style.
